I changed my e-mail address and I want to change it on SHOPMYBOXX, how to do it?

To change your e-mail address, simply log on to our website and then go to the "MY ACCOUNT" section. Click on "Personal Information" and fill in your new e-mail address.

Once you have made this change, you will have to log in again with this new e-mail address, where you will now receive all your SHOPMYBOXX information

My order is shipping, what does it mean?

Your order has been validated and is being sent by our logistics department. An order can take up to 30 days before shipment, depending on the availability of our products.

My order is being delivered, what does it mean?

Your order was shipped by our logistics department, a tracking number was normally communicated to you, your order will be delivered to you within 48 hours

My order indicates the status "delivered" but I still have not received anything, what to do?

If your order indicates the status delivered but you still have not received anything, please contact our customer service by email or telephone so that we can find a solution together.

I want to return an article, what procedure should I follow?

You have a period of 14 days from the reception of your order to inform us of your wish to return an item. Our Customer Service is at your disposal by phone to or by mail via the contact form by choosing the category «Return a product».

Once the product is received by our after-sales service, we will refund your payment method used during the purchase, within 30 days of receipt of your parcel.

Attention: the withdrawal period lapses when the product has been used, assembled or customized.

Who pays for my return?

The costs of return will be at your expense in the case of a wish to retract you on receipt of your order, that is to say when the article received is indeed that ordered but it does not suit you.

Returns will be charged by SHOPMYBOXX in case of non-conformity, ie if the item received is not the same as the item ordered.

Is my payment secure ?

Your payment is obviously secure.

For credit card payments, SHOPMYBOXX uses the Sogecommerce platform, which specializes in securing bank data

What if my order is in error?

An order in error of payment is an order not validated due to a problem encountered during the payment (technical problem, expired card, insufficient funds, incorrect code etc).

We invite you to review your card data and try to place a new order. The transaction may have been refused if:

  • Your card has an expiration date too close (current month)
  • If the funds are temporarily unavailable due to a transfer or a too recent recharge on your card. In this case we advise you to change your payment method or try again later.

As the transaction is denied, you will not be charged. The order will be invalid.

If you have noticed a debit in your bank account, we invite you to contact our Customer Service by phone at or via the "Contact us" section of our website by selecting the subject "Technical problem".

The products of an order in error of payment are neither reserved nor purchased. It will be impossible to send them to you if the stocks are exhausted or if the sale is no longer online.

I have a promotional code, how can I use it ?

Promotional codes may be transmitted by SHOPMYBOXX by e-mail or may be available from time to time on the site or application as part of advertising campaigns.

The use of the codes is subject to the conditions indicated for each promotion (expiration date, minimum purchase amount, etc.).

If you have a promotional code, you will only have to enter it in the section concerned before the validation of your order.
